Returns & Shipping

Returns

We want you to love your Chrome Calibre piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at info@chromecalibre.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we will cover return shipping in full.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@chromecalibre.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Shipping

We ship to Europe and the United States. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland & UK: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–7 business days
  • United States: 7–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on all orders over €300.

Please note: Import duties or taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
